Social Commerce OS

One product. Six modules that share the same customers, orders, and money trail.

Below is what each module actually does — the screens you open, the jobs that run in the background, and how a click in one place updates another.

Module 01

WhatsApp AI Inbox

Turn chat into a sales channel without losing the human touch.

Connect Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and every inbound message lands in a three-panel inbox: conversation list, thread, and customer context. A rule-based agent (with optional OpenAI) answers FAQs from your knowledge base, looks up order status, and can walk a buyer through a draft order. When the reply needs judgment, agents take over in one click and keep AI paused until they return control. Side panel history shows past orders and spend so you never ask “have you ordered before?” again.

  • Webhook pipeline queued on the whatsapp lane so the UI stays responsive
  • Knowledge base articles for product FAQs and policies
  • Order-flow state machine for guided selling
  • Human takeover + return-to-AI without losing thread context
  • Local “simulate inbound” for demos without live Meta traffic

Module 02

Orders & Customer Intelligence

A real pipeline for COD-heavy, chat-origin sales.

Orders move through a clear status path: new → confirmed → packed → shipped → delivered (or returned / cancelled). Switch between table and kanban. Returning customers get a badge on the order and in chat; clicking it opens a history modal with order count, lifetime spend, AOV, and line items — without leaving the screen you were on. Confirming an order triggers idempotent accounting so revenue and COD receivable stay in sync with ops.

  • Create orders manually or receive them from chat / store sync
  • COD and prepaid payment modes
  • Returning-customer badges + full history modal
  • Status transitions guarded by business rules
  • Confirm → auto journal (sales + receivable or cash)

Module 03

Store Sync (Shopify & WooCommerce)

Keep the catalog and inbound store orders aligned with the ops desk.

Connect Shopify via OAuth or WooCommerce via REST credentials. Products sync into your workspace catalog; orders import through queued jobs so a large pull never freezes the browser. Webhooks keep changes flowing after the first sync. Agents still work from the same order and customer records whether the sale started on the storefront or in WhatsApp.

  • Shopify OAuth connect flow
  • WooCommerce consumer key / secret connection
  • Queued product and order sync on the sync lane
  • Webhook receivers for ongoing updates
  • Bulk CSV upload when you need a one-shot import

Module 04

Social Suite

Plan content, publish on schedule, and answer engagement in one place.

Connect up to eight platforms (Meta Facebook/Instagram first; others available in demo mode). Build posts in the composer with per-platform length checks, attach media from the library, and drop them onto a calendar you can drag to reschedule. A publish job runs on schedule. Comments and messages from connected accounts collect in a unified engagement inbox so community management sits next to ops — not in a separate browser profile.

  • Calendar with drag-to-reschedule
  • Composer with platform length validation
  • Media library for reusable assets
  • Engagement inbox for replies
  • Lightweight analytics for published posts

Module 05

Courier Desk

Book shipments from the order and watch them move.

Connect Pakistan’s top 6 couriers (TCS, Leopards, M&P, PostEx, Trax, BlueEx) plus Manual for any other carrier. From an order, book a shipment, store the consignment number, and send the package onto the tracking board. A scheduled job polls tracking about every 15 minutes and can advance order status when the courier reports progress. Shipping cost is captured so accounting can post the expense without a spreadsheet round-trip.

  • Book from order detail in a few clicks
  • Tracking board across open consignments
  • Polling job for status updates
  • Shipping cost linked for expense posting
  • Works for COD-heavy last-mile workflows

Module 06

Accounting

Double-entry books that update when ops moves — not when someone remembers.

Every workspace gets a seeded chart of accounts. Journal entries must balance. When you confirm an order, collect a payment, or book a shipment, the system posts journals with idempotency keys so retries never double-count. Owners, managers, and accountants get invoices, expenses, payments (including COD collect), P&L, balance sheet, sales-by-channel, and COD aging — with CSV where you need to export.

  • Chart of accounts + balanced journals
  • Auto-post on confirm, pay, and ship
  • Invoices, expenses, and COD collection
  • P&L, balance sheet, COD aging reports
  • Role-gated: owner / manager / accountant
